Robert Hall

Robert is a Director on the Private Credit team and is responsible for alternative investments in Europe and the Middle East with a focus on portfolio construction and strategy allocation. He supports investment processes, manager sourcing and selection, portfolio analysis and implementation, as well as governance management and reporting.

Prior to joining Aksia, Robert was a Director at Schroders, where he led institutional client and consultant engagement across private markets. Previously, he served as Head of Private Markets at Tesco Pension Scheme, overseeing investment strategy, portfolio construction, and manager selection for one of the UK’s largest corporate pension plans. Before Tesco, Robert was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at London CIV, one of the UK’s largest local government pension investment pools, and Head of Return-Seeking Assets for the Lloyds Banking Group pension schemes

Robert graduated from Bristol University with a BSc in Mathematics and holds a MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School.
