Holly Poole

Director

Holly is a Director on the Private Credit team and focuses on a variety of investments including primaries, co-investments/directs, and secondaries. She is involved in all phases of the investment process including sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring with a focus on direct lending, junior debt, and distressed & special situation transactions.

Prior to joining Aksia in 2025, Holly worked at Texas Teachers Retirement Fund on the Special Opportunities Team, where she led principal and co-investment transactions across public and private credit, including capital solutions, special situations, CLOs, regulatory capital, asset backed lending, and GP financing.  Earlier in her career, Holly worked in credit investing roles at KKR, Oaktree Capital, and Goldman Sachs. 

Holly graduated from Scripps College with a BA in Biochemistry and holds an MA in Finance from Claremont McKenna College.
